In September 2025, Grupo Zen and Banco LAFISE unveiled something the Costa Rican real estate market had never seen: a co-branded credit card built entirely around the homebuying journey. Covered by El Financiero, the LAFISE x Grupo Zen Infinite Card signals a deeper shift in how premium buyers engage with the Grupo Zen ecosystem.
At its core is the Zen Preferred Access program. Cardholders reserve upcoming units before the official launch, at exclusive pricing and with priority selection of floor plans. In a market where the best units often sell before the public brochure is printed, that kind of early access changes the equation.
The financial benefit is equally tangible: 0% financing for up to 12 months on extras, upgrades and finishes purchased through Grupo Zen. Owners can personalize their homes at their own pace, without the pressure of a lump-sum payment at closing. Add to that invitations to model-home launches, networking gatherings and private sector events.
The card is open to anyone, though Grupo Zen proactively offers it to every buyer as part of the purchase experience. It is, in many ways, a loyalty program that begins before you even move in.
