There is a moment in every project when blueprints stop being abstract and start becoming real. For the owners of Santa Ana Urbano Phase 3, that moment arrived on a Friday morning in April.

Grupo Zen organized its first Construction Open House — a guided experience designed so that every buyer could walk the streets of their future community, see the structures rising, and connect face to face with the technical team behind the construction.

The visit was organized in two time blocks to ensure a comfortable, safe, and personal experience for everyone. Each group toured the common areas, the tree-lined streets, and the overall progress of the development under the guidance of project engineers.

Walking between the rows of houses under construction has an unexpected effect: owners don’t just see physical progress, they start recognizing one another as neighbors. A short presentation inside the model home framed the upcoming milestones — phased deliveries, construction quality, and real move-in dates.

After the tour, owners gathered in the model home area where Banco de Costa Rica offered financial advisory services, financing options, and a relaxed space with refreshments — because at Grupo Zen, every milestone deserves to be celebrated.

Behind every handover there is a quality-control team that never appears in the brochures. Engineers and supervisors who audit every square meter before the owner receives the keys. The Open House was also an opportunity to introduce them in person.
